A Living Hope: The Shape of Christian Virtue

26 May 2020 @ 9:00 PM

April 28 and May 5, 12, 19, 26 @ 9:00 PM

Archbishop Christopher Prowse (with Rt. Rev. Dr. Rowan Williams, Mary McAleese, former President of Ireland, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and about 12 other religious leaders across the world) are Patrons of the World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM).

WCCM currently has a program of information and sharing related to an initiative called “A Contemplative Path through the Crisis”.  Part of this initiative is entitled “A Living Hope: The Shape of Christian Virtue” – at 9pm (AEST time) over coming Tuesdays April 28 and May 5, 12, 19, 26.

“A Living Hope: The Shape of Christian Virtue” is a series of talks by Canberran Sarah Bachelard, on what virtue means in a time like ours – in spirit and in practice. Amongst other things, the talks reflect on how we might choose to see aspects of our lives in a new way, and how we might glimpse different possibilities for our future. These talks will be broadcast live, worldwide by Meditatio, the outreach to many fields of life of the World Community for Christian Meditation, London UK (wccm.org).

More details (including an audio preview by Sarah) and the place to REGISTER (free) for these talks can be found at:
