The purpose of the Canberra Prayer Breakfast is to give thanks and praise to God, pray for God’s blessing for Canberra, pray that each church in the city will thrive and grow, pray for each other, pray for a release of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in Canberra and prayerfully proclaim the words of the Lord’s Prayer “let Your Kingdom come, let Your Will be done” over Canberra. The Canberra Prayer Breakfast will provide the opportunity for those with a heart for the city to gather together and develop deeper relationships, to champion the call to prayer and to foster unity in our city with the purpose of seeing God’s Kingdom come in Canberra.
