Holy Hour: Liturgy of Lament and Healing

In support of the National Apology to Victims and Survivors of Institutional Child Sexual Abuse we will gather to seek God’s merciful love which forgives and heals.

Through reparation we make amends for the sins of those in the Church who abused children, who failed to listen, who failed to act, when they should have.
Please join us as we pray for those who have been affected and for the guidance of our Church.

Holy Hour –  Liturgy of Lament and Healing: Archbishop Christopher invites you to join him at St Peter Chanel Church, Cnr Weston and Loch, Monday, October 22 for a ‘Holy Hour –  Liturgy of Lament and Healing’  6.00pm  – 7:00pm. This Liturgy accompanies the National Apology to Victims and Survivors of Institutional Child Sexual Abuse.
In prayer, we will gather with heads bowed seeking healing and hope in Christ.
