The United Nations’ Climate Change Conference, COP28 commences in Dubai on November 30. The Archdiocese is planning to show public prayer support for effective global action on climate (identified as a mainstream faith issue in the recent papal exhortation Laudate Deum). There will be a gathering of faith communities for multi-faith prayers on the authorised lawn assembly area in front of Parliament House 2.30-4pm Sunday, 26-November and returning there again 8-9.30am Monday, 27-November.
