We think we know. We think we have it together. But in reality, we have “no idea.”
This might excite or disappoint. But there is no getting away from it:
Ask, and it will be given to you.
Search, and you will find.
Knock, and the door will be opened to you (Luke 11).
We are encouraged to ask. But what will be given?
We are motivated to search. But what will be found?
We are told to knock. But what is behind the door?
Go on. Leave it in God’s hands. It is much more fun!
