    Albert Einstein said that the most important intellectual facility a scientist needs is Imagination.
    This ban is completely lacking in Imagination.
    Except imagining the worst possible consequences that might ensue from the Harry Potter stories which my grandchildren have always known were fantasies.

    As a retired teacher I am amazed that any school should take such an action. My own children read all the Harry Potter books in their early teenage years. From my observation, and I have not read all of her work, there was much to learn from J.K. Rowling’s imaginative stories.
