12noon: Lunch

5pm: Home

6pm: Dinner & Family Time

8pm: Bedtime Stories

9pm: Pay the Bills

10pm: Physical Collapse
All looks in order, according to plan. My plans, your plans, that is.

However, what about the question:

Master, what good deed must I do to possess eternal life? (Matthew 19)

Each day is a gift – unrepeatable, unique, to be treasured.

But if there are no questions, no surprises, no interruptions, no adjustments, then what have we got?

I suspect we shall be ‘sad,’ like the young man.
