Have your say: Age verification for pornography

Close to half of all Australian children aged between 9 and 16 have encountered pornography online. Today in Australia the average age of first exposure is 11 years of age.

Our government is considering the implementation of age verification for pornography websites to help support parents and protect children from the harm experienced through exposure to violent and degrading material.

And they want to hear from you. There is not much time left. Submissions are due this Friday 25th October.
